We are hiring: Business Analyst, Products

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Analysis & Requirements

  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Assessing existing systems and business processes and crafting functional specifications to improve them.


Design & Development

  • Designing and developing processes tailored to the needs of the clients, including customizations.
  • Actively contributing to every stage of product creation, from concept to implementation.

Testing & Implementation

  • Working closely with the IT team during integration of software products with existing systems.
  • Performing user acceptance testing to guarantee stability and functionality.

Training & Support

  • Delivering user training on newly implemented products and solutions.
  • Providing post-deployment support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Creating internal guidelines, instructions, and procedures for new systems and processes.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Regular interaction with internal teams and vendors regarding upgrades and new functionalities.
  • Intensive communication with Group Product/IT departments and other partner organisations to ensure alignment and success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to analyze complex processes.
  • 1-3 years of technical expertise in product development and testing.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and train users.
  • Observant and detail-oriented personality.
  • Abilities to translate business needs into innovative and user-friendly systems and app functionalities.
  • Payment solutions experience will be considered as a plus.
  • Very good command of English.
